Aerospace & Defense

We offer unparalleled experience and expertise in the industry having served clients from start up to PE owned to multi billion dollar contractors, we know the business as well, if not better than anyone. Have served as an expert witness in a landmark DCAA litigation case where the DCAA lost on virtually every point and the judge frequently cited our testimony as the support for his decision. We know what executive pay should look like, we know what premiums should apply for specialties and clearance levels, we understand the unique nature of the industry as well as the extremely competitive nature of the market for talent.

Not-for-Profit

We provide support to conduct executive pay reviews in a manner consistent with the Intermediate Sanctions guidelines promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service. More importantly, while the process is focused on compliance, the goal and results are focused on ensuring the organization can compete and secure the talent needed to execute their mission.

Manufacturing

We have helped manufacturers set goals that align management’s behaviors and performance with stakeholder expectations. Care is taken to anticipate trends and external influences often beyond management’s control that can either create a windfall or have a detrimental impact. The designs are structured in a manner to ensure affordability while paying only when merited by performance.

Pharmaceutical

We have helped foreign owned pharmaceutical manufacturers at various business stages establish executive pay programs that are both competitive with the US market and appropriate for their specific stage (drugs in development and/or awaiting approval; fully market ready and active sales; drugs about to come off patent with limited pipeline; etc.). The goal is to retain the talent needed at the current stage, drive and reward the results needed to attain strategic objectives, and ensure stakeholders fully understand and agree with plan design.
