What makes us different – the founder has over 35 years experience working at some of the worlds largest consulting and HR advisory firms and has deep board and “C Suite” experience and expertise. We understand the difference between good and great. Compensation is what we do, and only what we do. We are not trying to sell other services such as a survey, an executive search, insurance, other consulting services. Our focus is singular - helping your organization get the right compensation programs for you. What works for one of your competitors may not be the best design for you as you execute against strategy.
 

We will spend a significant amount of time understanding your business including where you have been but more importantly, where you need to be and in what time frame. Your plan designs and metrics must be tailored to avoid underpaying for great performance or overpaying for good performance. We model different performance scenarios to ensure there are no unintended consequences.
 

We will look at where you have lost talent to and where you are attracting talent from. We will also look at some of the most innovative designs to see if they are a fit for your business needs. There are times when a good solid conservative approach may be the best plan design, however there will be other times when out of the box thinking is optimal. Our focus is to make sure that any design considered, helps your organization optimize performance and return on your human capital investment.
